It offers longer oil life with the peace of mind of no sulfur content. Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is produced from zero sulfur base oil produced using Shell GTL (gas-to-liquid) technology.

1. Extended oil life
Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is a fully inhibited oil that provides outstanding oxidation performance and longer oil life. The Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is also suitable for use in high load applications.
2. Transformer protection (Transformer protection)
Shell Diala S4 ZX-I is made from zero sulfur base oil*, making it intrinsically non-corrosive to copper, with no need for passivation or other additives. The Shell Diala S4 ZX-I meets all relevant tests for copper corrosion, namely DIN 51353 (Silver Strip Test), ASTM D1275, as well as the latest, more severe tests: IEC 62535 and ASTM D1275B. *Sulfur content below the 1ppm detection limit of ASTM D5185..

The good low temperature viscometric properties of the oil ensure proper heat transfer within the transformer, even from very low starting temperatures
